When selecting View->Alarm Window in Infrastructure Manager, it does not get displayed. The Message Window remains in place and alarms will not load.
The usual cause of this is that the user is logged into a hub in IM which does not have a NAS probe (e.g. secondary hub or dedicated IM hub), and the IM client is trying to retrieve alarms from the local logged-in hub.

In Infrastructure Manager, go to Tools->Options
Toward the bottom, find "Alarm Server" and, using the dropdown, change this from blank/default to the NAS on the primary hub.
