CA Identity Governance - cannot reassign to a user in other universe

Issue/Introduction

Administrators need to be able to reassign certification tasks to users in other universes.

We have enabled the property campaign.reassign.crossUniverse.enabled but we still don't see the users from other universes.

Please advise on how to fix this issue.

Environment

Release : 14.3

Component : SIGMA-Identity Suite

Resolution

On the Webex we found that the customer had set:

campaign.reassign.crossUniverse.enabled

But was missing:

certification.reassign.allSageUsers

 

After adding this, and setting it to true, we are now able to reassign across universes.
