SSM SHUTSYS results in two outstanding replies for shutdown

Issue/Introduction

When I enter SSM SHUTSYS,  I get two outstanding replies:

*07.33.50 M10S STC02380 *02 OPSNOTIFY MVS system (SYSA) SHUTSYS requested.
* Reply 'A' to abort or 'U' to begin SHUTSYS.                             
*07.33.50 M10S STC02415 *03 OPSNOTIFY MVS system (SYSA) SHUTSYS requested.
* Reply 'A' to abort or 'U' to begin SHUTSYS.

Cause

There were 2 rules enabled intercepting the pseudo command SSM.

Resolution

Use the point and shoot function of the OPSLOG against the SSM command to identify the rules that are being triggered.
