How to generate reports in Email Security.Cloud

Cause

The report can be helpful in order to obtain more relevant data about emails and other Email security cloud actions than Track and Trace.

Resolution

Step	Details
Ensure that you have permission to view reports	To use  Report requests , you must have the  View Statistics  custom role or the Reports  standard role assigned to your portal account. Permissions for reporting
Log in to the portal	Click Reports > Report Requests .
Define a report request	In the Report Requests  page, click Request a New Report   Enter a name for the report request.   Choose the data to include in the report. Select the data to include in a report   Add filters to focus the report   Select the period to report on   Schedule the report to generate automatically (if required)   Select who you wish to receive the report and format Define your delivery preferences for a report Define the reporting period and schedule   Confirm the report request If the report has not been scheduled to generate at a later date, the report will begin  generating immediately
