Issue/Introduction

Adding Host in CA Directory Management UI failed with "Need to create an unmanaged DSA '%s' that has a name conflict with existing unmanaged DSA" error.

Cause

There are duplicate knowledge set dsa settings in the dxserver configuration files

Resolution

Review configuration files under dxserver/config directory and make sure there is no duplicate knowledge set dsa settings. This usually happens when there are backup configuration files in the directories under config directory. Move out those duplicate backup configuration files out of dxserver directory, restart DSAs and redo adding the Host.
