Error: Request Error displayed on the OU tab in the Domains section of the TDAD console

Issue/Introduction

When in the Domains section of the Endpoint Threat Defense for Active Directory (TDAD) core server UI, the OU topology is not displayed under the OU tab. Error messages are received (Request Error).

Environment

Release : 3.6.2.0

 

Cause

Some client DNs exceeded maximum allowed length for the database field.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in TDAD version 3.6.2.2. Please download and update to the latest version from the Broadcom Support Portal.
