Show Tasks in filter in report Resource Forecasted Utilization Detail doesn't work

Issue/Introduction

The Resource Forecasted Utilization Detail report contains the Show task boolean input parameter selection. Selecting it does have an affect. It continues to display the tasks in the report whether it is selected or not.

Steps to Reproduce:  

1. Select the 'Forecasted Utilization Detail' Report either through Reports and Jobs or Advance Reporting 
2. Enter values for in required input parameter 
3. Scroll down to the 'Show Tasks' option and toggle it off 
4. Run the report 

Expected Results: The tasks do not appear in the report. 

Actual Results: The tasks still display in the report.
