Calculated Risk

Calculated risk is a score that is based on risk probability and impact, which have the following levels: low (1), medium (2), and high (3).  The numbers may be different if you have additional levels set for your risks, such as Very Low and Very High.

Formula:

Probability * Impact

Calculated risk background color is determined as follows:

Red= The calculated risk is greater than the system-level risk threshold.

White= The calculated risk is equal to or less than the system-level risk threshold.

The system-level risk threshold is defined in

Classic PPM

Administration (Administration, Project Management, Risk Settings).
