Issue/Introduction

User is unable to execute commands in Desktop Client and receives error "ERROR UNMARSHALING RETURN HEADER; NESTED EXCEPTION IS: CONNECTION RESET"

Environment

Release : 12.2

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION DE (DSERIES)

Resolution

1. Log out of Desktop Client and close out the application.
2. Delete the workspace-CAWA folder on his local machine (C:\Users\<user_id>\workspace-CAWA).
3. Start the Desktop Client.
4. If user had any saved sessions, they will need to recreate them.
5. Try to perform whatever activities user was trying to perform.
