Issue/Introduction

The customer Clarity OKTA Tenant Admin is experiencing some issues with managing a user in the Broadcom OKTA Portal.

Clarity GCP/PPMSSO

Resolution

If a customer OKTA Tenant Admin deactivates a user and the user's group membership is removed, then they will no longer be able to manager that user in the Broadcom OKTA Portal. Via Broadcom Support ticket Support will work internally with the OKTA team to get the user's group membership reinstated, and the customer will be able to, once again, manage on their end adding the user to the Clarity tenants.
