PMO portlet has System error

Issue/Introduction

• After upgrade we are no longer able to access certain PMO portlets with

System error. Contact system administrator.

Example error in logs:

ERROR 2021-08-18 14:42:06,174 [https-jsse-nio2-443-exec-6] niku.xql2 (clarity:admin:37458816__59EDA4F3-CB56-478B-BFD1-C9D9A7DD6CEF:npt.gridPropertiesEntry) Internal Processing exception

com.niku.odf.griphendor.GriphendorException: Unable to find grid metadata with view code/portlet id = 5003010

•  If we look in Content Addins there seems to be a newer version of the portlet with a different ID.
•  This can happen on all deprecated portlets, including cop.upcomingMilestones and others.

Component : CLARITY ADD-INS (CSP,PMO,DM,EVM)

Resolution

• In PMO, some deprecated portlets are removed and no longer used.
• Refer to the Change Impact and Upgrade Guide on every upgrade to ensure you are aware of any changes
• Deprecated portlets must be removed from the view and replaced with the new portlet instead
