Issue/Introduction

Is there documentation indicating that a Refresh Token can be requested instead of continuously authenticating token?

How can we leverage this refresh token using XFlow/Service Point?

Environment

CA Service Management 17.1 and higher.

Resolution

XFlow/Service Point does not have the Refresh Token feature.

You can reuse the token for a while - if a call fails with authenticated or authorized, the logic (your code) can trigger authentication, and it would generate a new token.
