Issue/Introduction

Unable to login to the application after applying ru09. 
After entering the Username and Password, Client find Blank page.

Resolution

# Update c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\host with the Ipaddress and hostname. 
Ex: 0.0.0.1 mssplus.mcafee.com
#Update  IE ->Settings->Internet Options->Security->Trusted site , Added SDM url with hostname and IPaddress to the trusted site. 
Ex: http://<server name>:8080/CAisd/pdmweb.exe 
      http://<IPADDRESS>:8080/CAisd/pdmweb.exe 
# Restart the server.
