Resolution

This page is serviced by the policy_management_ws on the OC machine. The portlet makes a connection to that wasp server that owns the adminconsoleapp webapp. This is generally the primary hub server.

- validate that wasp is running and the adminconsoleapp webapp is running on the hub that owns it
- validate that the hub queue is not yellow:

The wasp/policy_management.log on the Operator Console machine is a good source to review if the queue is in a yellow state.
