Catalyst queue is getting queued up

Issue/Introduction

Catalyst queue is pilling up in UIM HUB probe in alarm server. Issue persists even after restarting the UIM connector.

Environment

UIM 20.1

UIM Connector

Catalyst

SOI

Resolution

First, follow the bellow steps - 

- Stop the catalyst container service on the UIM connector machine

- Delete all files from
  CA\Catalyst\CatalystConnector\container\datastore and
  CA\Catalyst\CatalystConnector\containerls-store

- Start the catalyst container service on the UIM connector machine

 

If the issue still persists -

- restart the hub itself (that might resolve the issue)

- collect hub.log (at level 3 or higher) from this hub to check for errors related to Catalyst queue (if issue is not resolved after HUB restart)

- problem could also be on catalyst side, and to check that logs can be gathered at

..\CA\Catalyst\CatalystConnector\container\data\log\EIDebugData

and

...\Catalyst\CatalystConnector\ifw\log\debugData
