Top Secret ACF2 ACF2 - MISC ACF2 - z/OS

Issue/Introduction

initializing IBM MFA (multi-factor authentication) AZF#IN00 started task, see  "buffer too small" errors on OE report.  It appears that AZF#IN00 is initializing successfully.

Resolution

This is normal.

The caller (IBM MFA) doesn't know how big a buffer to supply, so the called (ESM) returns the size needed.
The factor call retries with the buffer size required. See example flow:
