Ixp Job definition loads very slow

Issue/Introduction

On the IXP GUI, on any job, if clicking the icon to edit the job definition, it nearly takes 3-4 minutes for the job definition to be loaded.

Release : 11.3.5

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION AE IXP

Resolution

When starting up iXp, you can provide some arguments to the Tomcat/startup script.
From install doc we recommend something like "-Xmx1500mb".

Add following startup parameter and restart the Tomcat/iXp service:

-Dixp.server.db.report.host.reachable=false

Since the default connect timeout is 30 seconds, which matches the timeout seen in logs, we could be getting blocked on the Azure-side from doing our normal connection testing.
