Issue/Introduction

How are notifications set up for Process failures?

Environment

Release : 15.9.1

Component : CLARITY USERS, GROUPS, OBS ADMINISTRATION

Resolution

1. Log into the Classic interface, under "Administration" to go "Notifications", then the "Notifications Default Settings", and you need to ensure "Process" is checked for "Email" (this can be done on an individual user basis as well)

2. Open the Process you wish to receive notifications for. On each Process step you should see this information:

Notice on the right side, in the "Notifications" section you can check "When step is in error" and you can also select who gets the notification.
