If you manually poll the alarms they will clear. Also, you may see a CPU spike at the time these alarms are generated.

Resolution
This is resolved in patch Spectrum_10.04.00.D175. This patch must be installed on top of bi-monthly patch 2 for 10.4.0: 10.04.00.BMP_10.4.002.
Additional Information
Symptom: Huge number of Management lost alarms seen on SNMP devices in OneClick client.
Resolution: No more Management lost alarms seen on SNMP devices in OneClick client.
