Cannot find Active Directory Group in CloudSOC

Issue/Introduction

We cannot find a Security Group when trying to add to a policy.  SpanVA is not syncing the group

Cause

When the security group in question is a Global group this can happen.

Only seems to occur in companies with large Active Directory setups.

Resolution

Change the Global Security Group to a Universal Security Group.
