TPX qualified passticket signon fails:

TSS7251E ACCESS DENIED PTKTDATA(xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)

Resolution

Added the passticket definition to the NDT and permit the user to the passticket.

'TPXSTC' is the TPX started task id and jobname.
