Issue/Introduction
Sometimes we may see the error " Unable to connect to Boxi Web Applications . connection Refused" while integrating CABI with SRM. Also with the error getting reported when observed the Apache Tomcat service getting terminated continuously in the Windows Event viewer.

Resolution
Please follow the below steps to avoid the error.
Make sure the connector port and shutdown port are configured correctly while installing or upgrading Boxi.
Make sure the connector port for Apache tomcat that comes with CABI is different from the Spectrum Tomcat port.
Make sure the Mysql port is different from the previous installations of Boxi and not the same as the Spectrum Mysql port.
If everything is configured correctly and still you get the error, check the status of Apache tomcat service.
If the Apache Tomcat service is terminating continuously change the ports used for connector and shutdown purposes in biek.properties file and server.xml file which are located in the Boxi installation directory.
