Issue/Introduction

We want to know how many reports are being scheduled to run in a month.

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : CA Performance Center

Resolution

You can see this information in mysql:

mysql netqosportal -unetqos -pnetqos (your password will vary)

select es.userid,u.name,count(*) from email_schedules es inner join user_definitions u on es.userid=u.userid group by 1,2;

***

An alternative option would be to open the CAPC console as an admin user and go to:

Administration -> Configuration Settings -> All Scheduled Reports

And sort the view by user.

Additional Information

This mysql query shows the reports that are scheduled to run, but not how many times those reports will run in a month.

Frequency can be determined by the difference between

Schedulenext and Schedulelast

This query also does not show how many reports were actually sent, only how many were scheduled.
