Issue/Introduction

Unable to delete an item from recycling bin, Receive message an "unexpected error occurred: Constraint violation: constraint violation"

When you receive this error you can often delete the item by first restoring it from the Recycle bin. After the item has been restored delete it again, and then try deleting it from the Recycle Bin.
