Issue/Introduction

We are getting the error while running Load Data Warehouse (DWH) job - Full Load after a new environment setup.

[CA Clarity][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]The OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI11" for linked server "ppmdblink" does not contain the table ""niku"."niku"."dwh_cfg_object_type"". The table either does not exist or the current user does not have permissions on that table.

The table exists in the database, so what could be the problem? 

Notes:

  • We do not use niku for schema
  • DBLINK recreation does not work

Environment

Release : Any

Resolution

  1. Check in CSA for Database to ensure the Database schema is correctly set up in case you are not using NIKU for schema, correct it
  2. Recreate the DBLINK
  3. Restart services 
  4. Run Load Data Warehouse - Full Load again
