Rally on-premise 2.1 gives error on charts or doesn't load any data

Issue/Introduction

When trying to load charts in on-premise 2.1, no data is shown, or the following error is shown:

The following items have errors:

Table (id = ###):
Can't load the report query: ###.

 

Environment

Release : 2.1

Component : Charts

Resolution

To resolve this issue, it will be necessary to update to 2.1.1 and then open a support case to resolve issues with any missing data in the charts
