Issue/Introduction

SUMMARY: Unable to select log file from action security.logs in GCP Non production environments 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

  1. Login to Clarity with administration rights 
  2. Navigate to security.logs page by replacing the action:security.logs (https://cppmxxxx-dev.ondemand.ca.com/niku/nu#action:security.logs)
  3. Select the sever (example app or bg) and you will notice Log file don't show any value 

Expected Results: The user should be able to select the respective log file from Log file drop down list

Actual Results: The user is unable to select the respective log file from Log file drop down list

Cause

This is a defect DE62189 impacting GCP Non Production Enviornment only 

Environment

Release : 15.9.2 Non Production GCP Instance Only

Component : CLARITY INTEGRATIONS & INSTALLATIONS

Resolution

Workaround: Uncheck the Active Only Check box and user should be able to select the log file till the defect is fixed. The defect is fixed in 15.9.3
