JOBF shows connecting intermittently and leaves empty status store files

Issue/Introduction

JOBF status shows “Connecting” intermittently during different dates/ time and to progress need to restart JOBF

In scenario when job cancel/restart fails as workaround observed 0KB FTS file in agent temp folder with root permissions which would need to changed manually to agent user permissions.

 

Environment

Release : 12.3.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

version '12.3.2+build.1581359964011', changelist '1581333136'

Agent Software = 'HP-UX'.

SW version = 'B.11.31'.

Resolution

Upgrade to version 12.3.6 agent or later to resolve this issue
