Do I need to login Implementer after I login to iSeries?

This tech doc explains and gives a statement that can satisfy some security audit of 2E/Implementer.

Implementer does not need separate login as it replies on the iSeries user profile. That is, it does not a password for access and use Implementer and the iSeries profile already covers that.
