What is the difference between the Service Desk REST API and the Service Point API?

CA Service Management 17.2 and higher.
Resolution
Service Desk REST API is resource-oriented, meaning SDM objects oriented, requires a lot more knowledge of the object layer. Service Point REST API is function-oriented towards Service Point related work, like what the UI does. Service Point REST API is for Service Point related work. Service Desk REST API for Service Desk general work but requires knowledge of Service Desk objects. We only see SDM objects. Whatever is in majic files.
