Unable to restart software Gateway

CA API Gateway


Our Gateway can't restart with "service ssg start|restart" and no errors in the "ssg_0_0.log"

Here the actions we did before the gateway :

-reboot of the VM linux

-mount of file system where is installed the Gateway

-restart with "service ssg start|restart"

To stop and start a software gateway you need to run the following command 

#  /opt/SecureSpan/Gateway/runtime/bin/
Gateway commands:
        run   - Run the gateway with console output
        start - Start the gateway (option: -console)
        stop  - Stop the gateway (option: -force)

If the gateway fails to start  check the following  GW logs:
