Certify Roles tab is not loading user Entitlements

Issue/Introduction

The user is having the provisioning roles but it is not displaying the roles when clicking the user entitlements button.

Environment

Standalone IDM 14.3 CP2

Cause

We need to change the User Directory XML file

Resolution

Change the physicalName for the attribute "%CERTIFICATION_STATUS%" from telexNumber to any LDAP physical attribute which has LDAP schema data type as "Directory String". By using the  "preferredLanguage" then it should be working fine.
