Need to have a job submit on a specific LPAR

Issue/Introduction

Need a way to have Jobtrac submit a job  where the primary Jobtrac is running.  The job should not run on any other secondary Jobtrac.

Jobtrac will only submit the job and once the job completes post the status of how the job completed.   There is not a parm or feature in Jobtrac that controls the LPAR selection for jobs.   An option is to use one of the following to have a job submitted to a particular LPAR:

--JES2 sites can use the SYSAFF parameter of the /*JOBPARM statement 
--JES3 sites can use the SYSTEM parameter of the //*MAIN statement
