Issue/Introduction

Our Jaspersoft service seem to be having a memory leak as it consumes 100% CPU and we have to restart for it to start working again. We have to it often now. How to fix the issue?

Resolution

1. Please upgrade your Tomcat version to the latest Tomcat version to avoid any Apache Tomcat memory leaks.
