We are seeing the following error message in arcotwebfort.log:
[UDS] Caught TransportException [create: No Transports Available]

Transaction is aborted (prior to starting transaction).
in arcotafm.log we see
707029046: Server request result unexpected
Root cause: There was an internal error.

The error message indicates that there is a connectivity issues between the CA Strong Authentication aka Webfort to the UDS service. Please follow the below steps and verify that connectivity screen has correct information.
1. Login to Admin console with Master Admin
2. Go to Services and server configurations -> Administration Console
3. UDS connectivity configuration
4. Please ensure that the Host and Port Number are correct, if not then update the configuration with correct data.
