Invalid external ip address captured in MFP

Issue/Introduction

We could see that AFM hostname is captured as external ip instead of end-user client IP in MFP. Hence, IncreaseAuth is returned whenever the same user was handled by different AFM servers.

Component : RiskMinder(Arcot RiskFort)

Resolution

To exclude external ip address in device identification process, Engineering team has recommended to change elem_weightage value of ExternalIP to 0 in ARRFBUCKETELEMENTCONFIG table.
