Issue/Introduction

When attempting to export the configuration on EDR 4.6.0 an error occurs and the export fails.

Cause

The LDAP/AD data is encrypted by an old certificate/key that is no longer available and EDR is unable to retrieve the encrypted data.

Resolution

1. Log in to the SEDR GUI
2. Navigate to Settings -> Users -> Active Directory
3. Delete the current groups and Active Directory domain
4. Add the Active Directory Domain and groups back
5. Export the EDR configuration
