APM Gateway Incorrect Reporting

We have UIM reporting QoS metrics into our APM instance via the APM gateway probe. We have noticed very inconsistent and incorrect reporting from it. For example, servers showing up under multiple folders and/or hubs at the same time. Some servers report under a hub that they were never configured to report to. Additionally, even after reconfiguring to a different hub, servers may continue to report "stale" metrics under their previous hub.

The APM gateway should report exactly as displayed in UIM. We need to understand UIM's integration with APM via the APM gateway probe sending data to our infrastructure agent.
