Resolution

In SOLVE:Operations Automation region use the EXPORT option.

We recently made some changes to /ASAD.R.B (Need PTF SO14638 - Applied) so that you can search for EventView rules or ResourceView resources, which will present a list of resource/rules that match the search and you can then issue EXPORT from the command line to export them all to dataset OR you can issue JSON command to create a file in JSON format.
