DCS Unix Anti Malware scans only local drive

Issue/Introduction

You have performed DCS Anti Malware scan and observed that only local drives are scanned. 

Environment

Release : DCS 6.8.x, 6.9.x

Component : UNIX Anti Malware 

Cause

The option to Scan External Drive in default detection configuration in DCS is disabled by default.

Resolution

If you require to scan external drives perform the following configuration change:

#1 Enable Scan External Drive option in Java Console -->Config-->Detection-->Default Detection Parameters

#2 Apply the modified configuration to the UMC Security Group
