Deliver - Reports are published to the wrong group

Issue/Introduction
We have reports with value "840" in the header, that we need to be published as "831" reports, but instead they are published as "840" reports.
Can we accomplish this with a DYNAMic report definition?

Resolution
When using a dynamic report in Deliver, if the defined field on the report has "840" in the text string, then the ID of the report will contan "840".
In this instance, the client had "840" in the text string, but they wanted the report to have "831" in its name.
With that, they could not define the report as a dynamic report, unless the defined field in the report has text of "831".
It was suggested that, rather than a dynamic report, the client define the report as a standard report.
