Issue/Introduction
The following error appears when creating an adapter in Jasper Studio and trying to establish a connection in Jasper studio to SDM:
URL jdbc:sdm:bop:@<service desk manager hostname>:2100; is invalid for driver com.ca.sdm.dal.sql.jdbc.driver.DalJdbcDriver

Cause
Ports 2100 through 2200 are closed between the Service Desk Manager server and Jasper Studio server
Resolution
Contact the network team to open ports 2100 through 2200 between the Service Desk Manager server and Jasper Studio server
It's recommended to have the NX_SLUMP_FIXED_SOCKETS option installed to force slump server to open ports as close as possible to 2100 value.
