URT Error: "Missing Foreign Keys" after upgrading the DLP database to Oracle 19c

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the database to Oracle 19c, the Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP ) 15.8 Update Readiness Tool (URT) returns the following errors:

Start: Foreign Key Validation
      Missing Foreign Keys
      CONDITIONVIOLATION_FK2: CONDITIONVIOLATION(INCIDENTID) REFERENCES INCIDENT(INCIDENTID)
      CONDITIONVIOLATION_FK1: CONDITIONVIOLATION(MESSAGECOMPONENTID) REFERENCES MESSAGECOMPONENT(MESSAGECOMPONENTID)
      INCIDENT_FK4: INCIDENT(CUSTOMATTRIBUTESRECORDID) REFERENCES CUSTOMATTRIBUTESRECORD(CUSTOMATTRIBUTESRECORDID)
      MESSAGECOMPONENT_FK1: MESSAGECOMPONENT(MESSAGEID) REFERENCES MESSAGE(MESSAGEID)
      MESSAGECOMPONENTEXT_FK1: MESSAGECOMPONENTEXT(MESSAGECOMPONENTID) REFERENCES MESSAGECOMPONENT(MESSAGECOMPONENTID)
      MESSAGEEXT_FK1: MESSAGEEXT(MESSAGEID) REFERENCES MESSAGE(MESSAGEID)

Cause

The foreign keys were not re-created during the Oracle upgrade.

Environment

Symantec Data Loss Prevention 15.5 MP2
Oracle Enterprise 19c

Resolution

The foreign keys need to be added manually. Please contact Symantec Support for the correct syntax.
