Download Link and Add to Cart Link does not show in Solution Downloads session

Issue/Introduction

This link to download the latest version of migration tool and can't see the download button, can you give us a direct link to download?

Release : 14.4

Component :

Cause

The download link shows only for authenticated users in the site.

Resolution

The link does not shows the column "Add to Cart" and "Download" if user is not logged in in the Site.

Go to top right side of page and click over "Login" button and provide your credentials
