Is there a way to mark CER job as failed if data collection fails in CCS?

Issue/Introduction

Control Compliance Suite (CCS)

When executed a Data Evaluation And Collection (CER) job, the data collection didn’t work but the job status is shown completed. Is there a mechanism by which we can the job to marked as failed, if data collection failed?

Environment

Release : 12.x.x

Component : CCS Console and Application server

Resolution

CCS does not have a way to fail a job if the data collection failed, but the job itself completed successfully.  Only if the job fails to execute will the job be marked as failed.
