Issue/Introduction

JOBTRAC ABEND IN GJTRSUB: S213 U0000 REASON  after IEC143I 213-70 for PRODJCL library when the library
is definded as a PDSE.

Resolution

S213 - 70 - OPEN DETECTED A CROSS SYSTEM SHARE CONFLICT FOR THE PDSE indicates that the PDSE defined as the Jobtrac JCL library was already open for update when a second user (Jobtrac) attempted to update it.  The second user receives a S231 RC=70.  In general PDSEs  can be a problem for sharing when a library is being accessed from another system.  This is nothing specific to Jobtrac.  We recommend the use of PDS for the JOBTRAC JCL libraries.
