Possibility to display a HINT or a TOOLTIP on New UX

Issue/Introduction
Is there a possibility or a way to display a Hint or Tooltip on some fields in the Porperties Tab In the Modern UX ?
( it was possible In Classic PPM, Edit Field Properties for Attributes )

Component : Clarity MUX UI Usability
Resolution
The tooltip/hint on attribute fields are not available on Modern/New UX.
This might be requested as a product enhancement via the Customer Innovation Panel.
