Issue/Introduction

After installing Identity Portal 14.3 CP3, check boxes or radio buttons in the custom forms are not clickable anymore. 

 

Environment

Identity Portal 14.3 CP2 with Identity Manager 14.3 CP2

Resolution

This is a known issue which is recorded in DE486941.
There is available fix on top of Identity Portal 14.3 CP2 on virtual Appliance.

Please raise Technical Support call ticket to request for available hotfix HF-DE486941-20201216-001.tgz.gpg and HF-IMV-DE464868-20200909-0001.tgz.gpg.
Please suggest Technical Support Engineer to look into internal information of this article to locate the hot-fix file in internal system.
