Devices added to CAMM are not seen in Data Aggregator Inventory

CA Performance Management - Usage and Administration DX NetOps CA Mediation Manager


We have two devices that have been added to CAPM, they appear in the device list in CAMM but they have not synced to CAPC.

Devices added to CAMM do not show up in Data Aggregator (DA) Inventory.

Devices added to CAMM do not show up in DX NetOps Performance Management Inventory.


The Presenter for the Device Pack had the wrong path configured for the OUTPUT_DIRECTORY value. As a result the files were created for the Data Collector to read and send to the DA, but the DC didn't know where to find them. The location it was watching never had files added to it for processing.

All supported Mediation Manager releases


Ensure the path used for the OUTPUT_DIRECTORY is correct.
