Bay Dynamics AD Connector Job failure references an old version of the importer

Issue/Introduction

The Bay Dynamics AD Connector Job fails and returns an error referring to an older version of the AD importer than is currently installed.

Environment

Release : 6.5.x

Component : Active Directory Import Utility

Cause

The path to the AD import utility specified in the Bay Dynamics AD Connector Job is pointing to an older version of the importer.

Resolution

Locate the 1.6.3 importer and update the path in the Bay Dynamics AD Connector Job to use that version of the importer:

1. Using SQL Server Management Studio, connect to the database engine hosting the RiskFabric database
2. In Object Explorer, navigate to SQL Server Agent > Jobs > Bay Dynamics AD Connector Job
3. Right-click Bay Dynamics AD Connector Job and select Properties
4. In the Job Properties window, select the Steps page
5. Click the Edit button
6. In the Command window, edit the path to point to the latest version of the ImportADUsersAndComputers.exe executable
7. Click the OK button
8. Click the OK button
